Six-Month Limited Product Warranty

What is Covered?
Breville warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, or, for residents of California, from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).

If this product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period, Breville, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or reimburse the product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty.

What is Not Covered?
This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Failure to follow operating instructions

  • Commercial use or use not intended for household purposes

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering

  • Use with improper voltage or power supply

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this Warranty, you must provide proof of purchase showing the date of purchase. Please contact Breville Consumer Support for instructions on how to proceed with your claim.

Breville may require that you return the defective product, at your expense, for inspection. If the product is deemed defective, Breville will repair or replace the product, or provide reimbursement, at its sole discretion.

Replacement and Repair Terms
Any product replaced under this Warranty will become the property of Breville. Repaired or replacement products or parts will be covered for the remainder of the original six (6) month Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breville shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Breville and supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied, except as required by law.

State Law Rights
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
